Arrival Policy

Please try to arrive about 5 minutes early so you have time to get settled before your service starts—this includes using the washroom if needed. Once you’re ready, feel free to take a seat in the waiting area, and we’ll call you in when it’s your turn. We kindly ask that you come alone for your service, as space is limited and only allows room for you and your service provider. This does include leaving your lovely children or babies with someone so you can enjoy your treatment the way it was intended. Thank you for your understanding.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours will be subject to a fee of 50% of the service price. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price. If you arrive too late for your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule or shorten your service. In some cases, late arrivals may be turned away and charged the full service price. To ensure a calm and relaxing experience for both you and others, we kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone. Unfortunately, we’re not able to accommodate guests, children, or babies in the treatment space. Your guest or child is more than welcome to sit in the waiting room for the duration of your appointment - if this is not possible please contact us to reschedule.
